Here are the expectations for the role:

1. Edit 3-4 videos every month (~24 hours of work per video)

2. This is a FULL-TIME position at our Bangalore office. Min commitment of 9 months.

Working style requirements:

1. Strong work ethic and maintains high quality in outputs

2. Works well during time-pressure and approaching deadlines

3. Takes feedback well

Technical Requirements:

1. Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro/After effects

2. Demonstrable interest in current affairs (mostly, India economy and politics)

3. Lives and breathes YouTube

4. Comfortable in Hindi and English

5. Entrepreneurial and can develop their video editing skills through self-learning

Prior experience working on “explainer” video is highly desirable but not a requirement. Watch some of the latest videos to understand the editing style and the requirements.
